At ALDI Salisbury Office, I designed and built a staffing and recruitment dashboard that gives visibility into requisitions, candidate pools, and turnover trends. I also developed and tested an AI-assisted VBA macro to streamline dashboard updates and check calculation accuracy before deployment.
I cross-reference SAP-derived SharePoint reports with Manhattan WMS, then clean and standardize operational data for weekly reporting. My work also includes SAP Ariba invoicing, vendor compliance documentation, and schedule and payroll audits.
At XPO Logistics, I mapped multimodal freight data across subcontractor networks to resolve billing discrepancies. I also tested Jira workflows and partnered with developers to resolve an OTM calculation logic error that delayed invoice processing.
At Equipment Transport, LLC, I led the migration from QuickBooks to TMW Suite, mapping operational data into financial modules and conducting testing. Earlier, at Citibank, I supervised Fraud Specialists and tracked productivity, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
