I’m looking for a role where I can drive requirements, user stories, and UAT/regression support for enterprise billing and AR systems, improve processes with strong analysis, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders using Jira and reporting.

I’m a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience supporting enterprise system, billing, accounts receivable, and process improvement initiatives. I translate operational needs into clear user stories, testing guidance, implementation support, and project documentation, while partnering with business and technical teams to analyze SAP billing and AR workflow impacts.
