I bring 15+ years across military intelligence operations, enterprise technology evaluation, and software delivery program management in government and commercial environments. I’m available for consultations on operational due diligence, technology platform assessment, Agile delivery at scale, and federal IT modernization.

I’ve led platform fit and adoption recommendations for mission analytics—evaluating Palantir’s intelligence platform during MVP deployment and guiding its Army scaling from 100 to 900+ active data streams across 25+ partner organizations. I’ve also assessed delivery and product portfolio health for a geospatial intelligence company, contributing to a period that culminated in a $58M Series D round.

I build delivery capability where it doesn’t exist: establishing Agile operations end-to-end, transforming methodology, and onboarding teams onto Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence. From portfolio-level planning across $200M+ modernization initiatives to risk/status assessments for senior stakeholders, I translate executive milestones into staffing models, release commitments, and measurable governance improvements—reducing rework by ~35%.
