What I'm looking for

I want to lead complex agile programs and products—building governance, coaching teams, and improving delivery outcomes while strengthening data governance and compliance through continuous improvement.

I’m a results-driven Senior Program Manager and Agile ScrumMaster who leads complex technology projects from inception to completion. I create and manage project plans, budgets, timeframes, and delivery roadmaps while ensuring projects finish on time, under budget, and with high quality.

Through PMO leadership, I’ve drafted and overseen strategic governance frameworks and standardized project management methodologies, standards, and tools. I build Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) roadmaps and align product direction and ownership with stakeholder needs to maximize value and execution confidence.

I’m also an expert in continuous improvement, including CI/CD, and I coach teams to increase productivity and foster innovation. I’ve championed data governance initiatives and implemented compliance processes for CCPA and GDPR—supporting data classification, metadata management, and privacy protection to strengthen data quality and security.

In recent roles, I’ve spearheaded enterprise monitoring system oversight, driven data analysis and management strategies, and led cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale transformational projects. I’ve coached Lean/Agile transitions, used Visio for system design interpretations, and built Jira dashboards to give senior management fast, one-click visibility into delivery status.
