I’m looking to improve workflow, inventory integrity, and customer support—while using analytics and KPI-driven problem solving to grow franchise profitability.

I lead operations for multiple storefronts, ensuring daily readiness to service customers and closing gaps in support across teams. I visit in person to provide additional technical guidance, and I work directly with customers to understand issues and drive the best course of action.

Previously, I managed stores by training new staff, coordinating repairs with technicians, and handling employee scheduling, inventory counting, local marketing, and day-to-day operations. I also served as a Business Consultant, investigating profits and losses through P&L repair, tracking seasonal trends, and using key performance indicators to solve operational problems—while earning recognition from Samsung and Google for excellent attention to detail and providing results that exceeded expectations.
