What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead training and process improvements—turning complex tools into clear learning, supporting teams with SOPs and facilitation, and delivering measurable efficiency and satisfaction results.

I’m a driven facilitator who naturally turns complex tools and processes into practical learning, and I’m at my best when I can identify gaps early, design structured training, and help people gain confidence fast. Whether it’s software adoption or operational workflows, I focus on clarity, documentation, and continuous improvement.

In technology training roles, I redesigned and launched a new CMS training program to close a knowledge gap I spotted early, and I created the initial content and structure for a self-help website. I also delivered in-person training and consultation across platforms, produced course materials and documentation, and researched new technologies to implement—while maintaining strong outcomes, including being the first trainer to achieve a perfect 5/5 client satisfaction score in a group course.

My leadership extends beyond training: as Head of Wine Operations, I increased production efficiencies while reducing COGS by 10–30% across SKUs, trained and developed winery staff on technical processes and equipment, managed a vineyard, and ensured product compliance across domestic and export markets. I bring the same methodical, people-centered approach to my current work as an Associate Winemaker—coaching teams, developing SOPs, and facilitating education sessions across departments.
