I’m looking for a consultative, customer-focused cloud/AI role where I can own strategic accounts, grow revenue through expansion, and partner with engineers and leadership to deliver measurable retention and satisfaction.

I’m a results-driven account manager and cloud sales professional with experience in AI, cloud services, and strategic account growth. I bring a consultative approach and strong communication to translate business goals into practical solutions that customers can adopt and expand.

Most recently, as a Senior Account Manager at Avahi.AI, I served as the primary point of contact to strengthen long-term retention and drove account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion. I coordinated with internal teams to deliver AI solutions aligned to client business goals while supporting consultative strategies during a company funding and layoff transition.

Earlier, at RapidScale I generated more than $500,000 in new revenue across POC and healthcare accounts by leading consultative cloud solutions sales for SMB and enterprise clients, pairing customer needs with infrastructure, desktop, and cybersecurity solutions. Before that, I built pipeline and delivered growth at Oak Rocket (more than $6M in net new business) and at Amazon/AWS, where I advanced from enterprise account management to AWS strategic account leadership—achieving 127% of target in 2022 and 112% in 2023, while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction in SAS Signature.
