What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in public health or M&E where I can build systems, support partners, use data for decision-making, and scale community-focused programs.

I am a public health practitioner and Monitoring & Evaluation specialist with over a decade in health programming and more than five years focused on M&E. I design and implement M&E systems, lead data collection and analysis, and support capacity building across government and NGO partners.

My experience spans hospital-level performance management, national HIV/AIDS program coordination, risk communication, community engagement, and wellness program development. I have led unit-level M&E setup, produced national-level reports, and implemented Global Fund-related activities to drive measurable results.

I combine strong quantitative skills (SPSS, Stata, Epi Info, Advanced Excel, Kobo, ODK) with program design, proposal writing, and finance basics for non-finance managers. I am committed to building partnerships, strengthening health systems, and using evidence to improve outcomes for key and vulnerable populations.
