What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead monitoring, evaluation, analytics and learning work for public health, WASH or development programmes where strong data systems can improve accountability, adaptive management and programme outcomes.

I lead monitoring, evaluation, reporting and analytics work for public health and development programmes through OptiSolve Analytics, building M&E systems, indicator matrices, field dashboards, databases and reporting quality reviews.

At Welthungerhilfe, I've led M&E and programme analytics across WASH, cholera response, recovery and livelihoods interventions. I've designed Kobo Toolbox and ODK tools, maintained MIS databases, conducted data quality assessments, supervised field teams, and produced Power BI, Tableau and GIS-informed reporting for donors and government counterparts.

My Ministry of Health and Child Care experience includes TB case management, contact tracing, notifiable disease surveillance, outbreak response, and environmental health enforcement.

With an MSc in Operations Research and Statistics and specialist training in monitoring and evaluation, I use R, Python, SPSS and Excel to turn field data into practical decisions, performance insights and stronger programme accountability.
