I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my data management skills in a collaborative environment focused on health outcomes and community impact.

I am a results-driven Clinical Data Management professional with extensive experience in ensuring high-quality clinical data processes and reporting. My background includes a BSc Honors Degree in Sociology and an Executive Certificate in Programmes and Project Monitoring and Evaluation. I have developed a competent knowledge of quantitative data collection and analysis, utilizing various data analysis software such as Excel, DHIS2, and SPSS.

In my current role as a District Strategic Information Assistant at Zim-TTECH, I provide guidance and support to district and facility-level cadres, enhancing M&E systems and utilizing M&E data for learning and improvement. I collaborate with program teams to monitor performance against targets and conduct trend analysis, ensuring adherence to DREAMS guidelines. My ability to deliver timely program performance reports has established me as a key contributor to district strategy formulation.

Throughout my career, I have mentored community-based facilitators and provided helpdesk support to various stakeholders. I am passionate about using data to drive decision-making and improve health outcomes, and I am eager to continue making a positive impact in the field of clinical data management.
