What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and coordinate evidence-driven programmes where strong monitoring systems, honest analysis, and clear reporting help donors, partners, and communities make better decisions.

At the African Institute of Biomedical Science and Technology, I built the monitoring and evaluation system from scratch and now coordinate day-to-day delivery of the SPIA Project. I set indicators, develop data-collection tools, analyse findings in NVivo, and turn results into planning and donor reports.

Previously at the Parliament of Zimbabwe, I supported four donor-funded programmes financed by the African Development Bank, European Union, UNDP, and World Bank. I co-developed M&E guidelines and tracking tools, contributing to an approximately 95% win rate for parliamentary programmes and replacing manual reporting with clearer participation tracking.

I also conduct independent economic research, from defining research gaps through econometric analysis in STATA and E-Views. Backed by a competitive African Economic Research Consortium grant, I am researching the implications of credit supply shocks on the Zimbabwean economy.
