What I'm looking for

I seek an administrative or support role where I can apply teaching, IT, data-entry, and customer-service skills in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth.

I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Education (Kiswahili/History) and Information Technology from St. Paul’s University, combining classroom teaching experience with administrative and IT capabilities. I have taught at secondary schools and supported student learning through lesson planning, language support, and classroom innovation.

I bring customer-care experience from a telecommunications role at Airtel, where I handled inquiries, complaints, and service delivery while developing strong communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills. I have additional experience in project data gathering, editing, and educational research.

I am proactive, self-motivated, and seeking an administrative or support role where I can apply my skills in data entry, database management, customer relations, and IT to contribute to organizational efficiency and growth.
