In my role, I investigate accounts flagged for potential fraudulent activity, review supporting documentation and account records to validate claims, and process disputes with timely updates on claim status. I also ensure compliance with company policies and fraud prevention procedures while maintaining accurate investigation and account-review records.

I’m especially effective at problem solving and data accuracy—analyzing account activities, assessing risk, and clearly communicating findings through both written and verbal communication. I work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and support smooth, compliant outcomes.
