In my Asset Protection Analyst and Tier 2 SME role, I investigated suspicious insurance claims and transactions, handled escalations through emails and outbound calls, and brought professionalism to every customer interaction. I maintain detailed records in line with regulatory and company standards to ensure accuracy and accountability.

I also help strengthen the team by training new employees through training sessions and providing support and guidance to individuals on issues that affect day-to-day performance. My focus is to create clarity quickly, so others can follow process and deliver consistently.
