I’m seeking a remote leadership opportunity in risk management, process improvement, operational excellence, or related functions—focused on reducing risk exposure and optimizing operational workflows through strong governance and measurable continuous improvement.

I’m a risk management and process improvement leader with more than 20 years of experience strengthening risk frameworks, enhancing operational performance, and optimizing business processes within complex financial services environments. I’m recognized for delivering data-driven insights and implementing sustainable process improvements.

As Director, Process Risk and Control Services at TIAA, I directed 10–15 concurrent enterprise risk and process improvement engagements, maintaining a 95% on-time delivery rate. I lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and operational reviews to identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and regulatory impacts—then drive remediation through root cause analysis and Management Action Plans (MAPs).

I guide cross-functional teams through current-state and future-state process mapping to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve operational effectiveness. I also oversee development and maintenance of risk documentation and risk registers in Archer, and design KPIs and executive reporting frameworks to monitor risk trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Earlier, I led enterprise-wide process documentation and standardization, managing the full documentation lifecycle and quality controls across 1,600+ process documents. Today, I’m a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional—seeking a remote leadership opportunity in risk management, process improvement, operational excellence, or related functions.
