I've spent more than 20 years improving risk, data, and customer-outcome programs across financial services. At Wells Fargo, I support Operational Risk Management by assessing enterprise risk-type exposure and strengthening program coverage.

I've established governance routines, integrated data-management programs across business stakeholders, supported FR Y-14 data-defect remediation, and responded to audit and regulatory inquiries. I also produce emerging-risk materials for executive risk committees and helped modernize collaboration tools for RCSA work.

Previously, I built root-cause analysis programs for lending and banking groups, identified complex-data issues that drove business changes, and led lending curriculum and training. I also created legal-complaint handling processes, improved review efficiency by 15%, and developed case risk profiles that mitigated more than $300K in potential losses.

My background spans consumer lending, commercial banking, treasury and payments, wealth and insurance products, regulatory complaints, and risk management. I bring hands-on experience with data analysis, dashboard development, controls, governance, and cross-business engagement.
