I am a senior risk, controls, and audit leader with 20+ years of experience across global financial institutions and consulting firms, focused on building enterprise-wide control testing and monitoring frameworks and resolving regulatory matters. I design scalable operating models aligned to industry best practices and apply data-driven risk insights to improve program effectiveness.
In recent roles I authored global RCSA standards, implemented controls monitoring frameworks, and led remediation of regulatory findings while increasing program efficiency and effectiveness through automation and metrics. I led IT audit and technology risk engagements, developed analytics solutions for internal audit, and drove cross-functional collaboration across the lines of defense.
After an intentional career sabbatical and advisory experience with an AI startup, I returned re-energized and ready to re-engage in a senior leadership role where I can apply strategic program-building experience, regulatory remediation expertise, and people-focused leadership to deliver measurable enterprise impact.
