What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead B2B sales and international projects, translate complex value into measurable outcomes, and work in multicultural tech environments—especially around AI-driven automation that helps customers reduce costs and improve efficiency.

I’m a multilingual, results-oriented professional with experience in customer support, B2B sales, and project management across tech and financial sectors. I’ve worked across China, Portugal, France, and Brazil, and I bring a global mindset that helps me operate effectively in multicultural environments.

In my role as Sales Manager at RRS - Retail Robotics Solutions, I lead B2B sales efforts that connect AI-driven automation with foodservice operational challenges. I closed a €2M contract with Portugal’s leading restaurant group, managed the entire PoC to demonstrate value and ensure scalability, and supported high client satisfaction.

I also drive visibility and lead generation—showcasing our AI solution at Food Hotel Tech (FHT) Paris to prospective clients and investors. Alongside sales, I bring experience in freelance copywriting and translation, plus customer service and Facebook ads support, helping teams communicate clearly and navigate the Ads ecosystem confidently.
