What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities to build teams, people processes, and successful pre-openings in luxury hospitality, creating workplaces where employees feel supported and showing up feels worth it.

I’ve led People & Culture for 650 employees at Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai and helped build W Dubai – The Palm’s team from scratch before opening.

I thrive in pre-opening environments, developing critical paths, recruiting key roles, aligning hotel leadership, and securing supplier partnerships to get luxury operations ready on time. Most recently, I supported Mileo The Palm’s pre-opening as a Project Management Consultant.

I also founded Retribe Store, building and launching a secondhand marketplace in the UAE from concept through platform development, branding, content, and user-experience improvements. I care deeply about people, practical processes, and workplaces worth showing up for.
