I am a Customer Success Specialist driving client retention and adoption across sectors.
What I'm looking for
I am a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist with 15+ years of experience across academic, corporate, and government sectors, focused on improving client engagement and long-term retention. I combine customer relationship management with a background in mental health and addiction counseling to deliver empathetic, data-informed support.
In my most recent customer success role I managed relationships across North America, led onboarding and training, conducted webinars and workshops, and used usage data to develop tailored strategies that increased adoption and renewals. I partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate customer feedback into product and process improvements.
My research training includes a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (Addiction Neuroscience) and experience as a graduate research assistant conducting preclinical behavioral studies, immunohistochemistry, and confocal imaging. I have also worked as a qualified mental health professional providing outreach, screening, case management, and crisis intervention for vulnerable populations.
I bring proven leadership in educational and technical support roles, hands-on IT and lab management experience, and a commitment to efficient, organized service delivery. I am willing to relocate globally and seek opportunities where I can mentor others, scale customer success programs, and contribute measurable growth.
