I’m a results-oriented Customer Success Manager with expertise in enhancing customer onboarding and customer experience. I leverage CRM tools for account management, growth forecasting, and customer interaction tracking to help clients transition smoothly and stay supported.

In my current role, I manage client onboarding processes, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular check-ins to assess needs and goals. I also lead cross-functional collaboration to strengthen customer satisfaction and implement client interaction strategies that drive retention and business growth.

Before this, I worked as a Service Desk Consultant, handling inquiries via email and phone calls, coordinating updates, and supporting foreign-based clients. I’ve also delivered training and workshops, analyzed client feedback to identify service improvements, and supported learners as a Senior Counsellor—supervising teams and developing engaging lesson plans.
