I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer support and service efficiency while driving B2B growth. I want to work with a team that values retention, clear follow-up, and measurable improvements like SEO and service process optimization.

I’ve built my career around helping teams deliver better customer experiences and growing revenue through B2B relationships.
