I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end recruitment, manage high-volume hiring, and strengthen hiring processes with ATS tracking, stakeholder collaboration, and strict compliance—while growing into responsibilities aligned with project management.

I’m an HR Specialist with 2+ years of experience supporting HR functions in fast-paced, dynamic environments, including hands-on end-to-end recruitment within the UAE and full-cycle hiring in the Philippines. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and onboarding new hires—while building strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.

In my recent roles, I’ve handled high-volume recruitment (5–30 interviews/day), ensured accurate tracking in Applicant Tracking Systems (JobAdder), and collaborated closely with hiring managers to align job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines. I also bring practical HR operations strength, including employee relations, administrative support, government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and timekeeping/payroll support, along with training and development coordination and support for disciplinary processes.
