Certified Haitian Creole Interpreter with USCIS/VA experience and leadership in case-supervision—ready for remote interpretation.
What I'm looking for
I’m a highly skilled and certified interpreter with extensive experience facilitating communication during USCIS interviews, Federal Government engagements, and asylum cases. I bring advanced Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish interpretation skills, supported by certifications from USCIS and the VA.
In my interpreter role with Global Language System, I facilitated interpretation during USCIS interviews and Federal Government engagements with the Department of Veterans Affairs. I also served as an interpreter and monitor during asylum interviews, guiding communication in critical situations.
Beyond interpretation, I’ve led teams through my supervisory experience—currently as a Regional Supervisor overseeing a case management team across the Northeast and providing guidance and clinical oversight for complex cases. I’ve also managed care managers and preventive case planners, supporting families through home visits, documentation (including CANS and care plans), weekly supervision, and interpretation as needed.
