What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate cross-cultural programs and client services, helping individuals and families navigate complex transitions while partnering across stakeholders in remote or fast-changing environments.

At Holy Family Institute, I coordinate time-sensitive services for immigrant children and families, managing up to 35 concurrent cases across caregivers, providers, legal resources, and internal teams.

I've guided families through foster-care licensing at National Youth Advocate Program, provided clinical therapy and care coordination at Courage to Connect Therapy, and supported health, reentry, and community transitions with Heartland Alliance and Good Samaritan Hospital. My MSW, active Illinois LSW, and bilingual English/Spanish communication help me build trust and translate complex systems into practical next steps.

Through AmeriCorps/FEMA Corps deployments nationwide, I supported disaster survivor assistance, logistics, readiness, relocations, and mission operations in rapidly changing environments. I bring the same calm, culturally responsive approach to high-volume programs, sensitive documentation, and cross-organizational coordination.
