At Boundary Equipment, I manage customer orders from entry through shipment and invoicing, prepare quotations and commercial documentation, and maintain CRM/ERP data that supports forecasting and pipeline visibility. I work closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, and customer service to resolve issues, improve workflows, and keep fulfillment on track.

My background spans supply chain coordination, process engineering, quality management systems, and client support. I'm PMP-certified and an Engineer-in-Training, bringing experience in cross-border logistics, project scheduling, QMS implementation, documentation control, and English–Spanish translation.
