At Willis Towers Watson, I support Client Management and Client Advocacy teams throughout insurance renewals, from document preparation and data management to proposal, binding, billing, and onboarding activities.

I coordinate with functional teams, carriers, Client Managers, and Account Executives to manage deliverables such as loss runs, policy checking, certificates, accounting, settlement, and Summary of Insurance documents. I also arrange internal strategy meetings, take minutes, and support reporting and ad hoc client requests.

Previously at R1 RCM Philippines, I gathered patient insurance information and managed authorization requirements before dates of service, communicating with patients and doctors' offices. At Hinduja Global Solutions, I handled incoming and outgoing customer calls and provided accurate information through effective customer service.

My earlier construction office experience included project cost estimation, material purchasing, payroll, reports, quotations, and worker monitoring. I'm looking to keep growing my leadership, skills, and career while delivering detail-oriented support and customer satisfaction.
