I currently support customers and store operations at Ace Hardware in Howell, handling front-counter and phone service, product ordering, receiving, price updates, records, signage, reports, and cash-handling documentation.

Previously, at The Oxford Center, I provided one-on-one therapy support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. I implemented behavior intervention plans, tracked client progress, supported social-skill development, and maintained accurate session documentation.

My customer-service background also includes hosting at The Laundry and assisting customers at Ace Hardware in Linden with special orders, propane, paint, keys, stock, pricing, and register operations.

I'm a quick learner with a passion for helping people, and I'm pursuing an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree. I bring empathy, communication, multitasking, leadership, and a customer-focused approach to my work.
