I’m a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting individuals through coordinated entry, eligibility determination, and enrollment processes in human services and healthcare-related settings. I’m known for trauma-informed communication, strong attention to detail, and maintaining accurate, compliant records.

In my current role as a Service Coordinator at Allegheny Link, I conduct intake calls to gather and document client information, assess needs, and determine eligibility for appropriate services. I provide referrals, information, and short-term case management to connect clients with community resources, while collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to support continuity of care.

Previously, as an Enrollment Application Processor at Automated Health Systems, I reviewed and processed Medicaid enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness. I communicated with healthcare providers to resolve application errors, entered and updated client data in electronic systems, and consistently met daily processing deadlines while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

I also bring a service-focused mindset from volunteering with Capuchin Franciscan Volunteer Corps, where I coordinated weekly food distribution and supported employment readiness through resume-building and online applications. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude), I care deeply about respectful, person-centered support that helps clients move forward.
