Launched and led a People Advocacy labor team of four to drive union avoidance and employee relations for 11k+ employees, improving engagement and reducing turnover through data-driven programs and training.
Led global employee relations and standardized HR policies across 52 countries, reducing policy set from 2,300+ to 30 core policies and delivering training programs that improved employee relations and compliance.
Directed labor and employment law for a 140k-employee enterprise, led union avoidance strategies, reduced class actions and settlements by $8M, and improved retention and recruitment via immigration and DEI initiatives.
