I’m a detail-oriented administrative and operations professional with extensive experience in investigative case management, conflict resolution, documentation review, and compliance-based decision-making. In my current role as an Administrative Support / Operations Specialist, I manage complex customer account investigations, analyze account histories, and ensure accurate, compliant resolution paths.
Previously, I handled billing disputes and account discrepancies as a Customer Service Representative while maintaining procedural compliance. I also supervise teams and operations—training staff, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective action strategies—so decisions are accurate, ethical, and supported by the right documentation. Alongside this work, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and I bring a strong interest in law, civil rights, advocacy, and equitable treatment.
