I build scalable renewals organizations through KPI frameworks, pipeline methodology, segmentation, customer health dashboards, and proactive processes for churn, expansion, and adoption. I partner directly with executive leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to align customer outcomes with retention and growth goals.

Previously, at Crane Aerospace, I led domestic and international customer service teams, exceeded $40M revenue targets, reduced lead times by 20 days, and achieved zero findings in AS9100 audits. I also implemented CRM improvements, strengthened contract processes, and developed KPI systems for individual and departmental performance.

Across SanMar, Pacific Mat & Commercial Flooring, Datasphere Technologies, and Reliable Credit Association, I've led sales teams, developed talent, improved sales operations, expanded accounts, and built lasting customer relationships.
