At Cisco, I led cross-functional sourcing teams of 3–20 and built a continuous competitive intelligence practice using Draup and LinkedIn Talent Insights to map competitor hiring trends, tech stacks, and talent pools. I delivered feasibility assessments, pipeline health presentations, and market intelligence that informed headcount strategy for IC through Director+ hiring.

I designed AI-powered tooling and data infrastructure in Cisco CIRCUIT, including talent intelligence, sourcing intake, historical pipeline data, activity compliance, and requisition-prioritization solutions. My workflow audit uncovered a 27.7% pipeline-step non-compliance rate and a 53% Hiring Leader Review bypass rate, which I translated into new KPIs, process changes, audits, and training.

Earlier, I recruited IT professionals across software engineering, QA, network engineering, and project management, and developed multi-channel sourcing strategies for a global enterprise. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring experience in coaching, data analysis, automation, and global talent engagement.
