I’m a Talent Acquisition leader with 9+ years recruiting for B2B SaaS companies across healthcare, restaurant/loyalty, and HR technology. I often serve as the sole recruiter owning hiring for the entire organization—from individual contributors to the executive suite.

I specialize in building engineering, ML/AI, go-to-market, and leadership teams while driving speed and quality. I’ve cut time-to-hire by 30% and recently closed a VP of Finance search in 3 weeks and a CTO search in 5 weeks from kickoff to signed offer.

My approach pairs LinkedIn Recruiter and Claude-assisted sourcing with modern ATS workflows (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, ADP). I partner deeply with hiring managers as an embedded recruiter, translating business objectives into a practical, data-driven recruiting plan.
