I’m a global talent acquisition leader with 20+ years of experience building, scaling, and transforming recruiting organizations across high-tech, global enterprise, and high-growth environments. I turn complex, high-volume, and hard-to-fill hiring into disciplined, data-driven TA functions that improve speed, quality, candidate experience, and stakeholder confidence.
In my current role, I built and led a 33-person global TA organization supporting Sales, Engineering, Finance, and G&A across three continents, with ~90% of roles requiring specialized sourcing in niche and constrained talent markets. I strengthened global hiring performance with an 82-day average time-to-fill, modernized recruiting operations by implementing Eightfold AI and Workday, and built Tableau/ClickView dashboards for real-time visibility. I also lead TA workstreams for global M&A activity, set hiring governance and workforce-planning cadences with key partners, and launched employer-brand and passive-candidate engagement campaigns in priority markets.
Earlier, I rebuilt intake and executive hiring-manager partnership at NetApp to improve recruiting precision, led global university recruiting and early-career programs at Nutanix, and built ViaSat’s Global University Relations Program from the ground up—scaling it into a primary engineering pipeline for 500+ technical hires annually. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I led global diversity and university hiring strategy to achieve 62% diversity hiring and a 12-point year-over-year increase, and I continue to innovate—like building an AI job-search agent using Claude Code to automate role discovery and tailor candidate materials.

Built ViaSat’s Global University Relations Program from the ground up, scaling it into a primary engineering pipeline supporting 500+ technical hires annually.
