What I'm looking for
I’m a remote technical support and AI data quality specialist with hands-on experience supporting Apple customers. I’ve troubleshooted iPhone, iCloud, and Apple ID/account-access and helped users through device setup with plain-language documentation, escalation-procedure accuracy, and de-escalation for frustrated callers—while maintaining approximately 92% CSAT.
Since 2025, I’ve been working as a remote AI Quality Evaluator & Task Designer, using structured rubrics to assess accuracy, relevance, reasoning quality, completeness, and instruction-following. I write clear, evidence-based rating justifications, compare multiple model outputs against task criteria, and design prompts, rubrics, gold-standard answers, and QA criteria, including review for alignment to guidelines and hallucination detection.
Before that, I built strong operations discipline in high-volume logistics work, operating RF-scanner-driven WMS workflows while sustaining accuracy, productivity, safety, and process compliance. As an independent contractor, I’m comfortable with guideline-heavy, task-based remote execution, remote collaboration, and strict QA expectations—supporting customers and teams with accuracy and patience.
