At Virginia Commonwealth University School of Education, I led curriculum development and implementation for statewide professional learning programs serving 120+ participants. I designed and facilitated instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning, and translated state and federal policy requirements into practical learning experiences and resources.

At Henrico County Public Schools, I designed professional learning and coached educators through implementation. I also co-developed a middle school makerspace initiative and designed and implemented a leadership development course after securing grant funding.
