At Missouri State University, I coached and evaluated 30+ adult learners through a multistage development program. I delivered individualized feedback, conducted observations, and designed training around participants’ needs.
At Nixa Public Schools, I led a collaborative team and used PowerSchool performance data to identify skill gaps and shape targeted strategies. I also created assessments, proficiency scales, and planning tools adopted by colleagues.
Across my work in education, I’ve facilitated professional learning, mentored colleagues and interns, and coordinated with administrators, university staff, and district leaders. I hold a Missouri teaching license with Elementary 1–6 and Reading K–12 certifications.
