What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Product Manager role where I can lead end-to-end discovery and delivery, integrate partner/customer systems, and use analytics and testing to improve personalization, loyalty experiences, and conversion.

I’m a Product Manager with extensive travel-industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of product planning, training, piloting, content management, research, and executing the application lifecycle. I lead project initiatives from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints while improving the user experience through rigorous qualitative and quantitative testing.

At IHG, I managed third-party distribution and partner connectivity across availability, rates, and inventory, and I led discovery of tax and occupancy-based pricing models for OTA partners. I oversaw Content APIs for integrations, enabled loyalty-driven personalization across booking flows, and evolved “My Trips” into an authenticated hub for managing itineraries across lines of business—supported by member login, tier-based experiences, and cross-sell opportunities.

Earlier, at Starwood Hotels, I owned global products and applications end-to-end, driving web conversion and revenue growth through PCI-compliant capabilities and direct-connect interfaces. I delivered six redesigns supporting $400M+ in revenue and $2M+ in daily revenue, and I increased adoption across 1,000+ properties through feature delivery and training; my career also includes Senior Training & Installation work with property management systems and loyalty activation.
