At WORLD TRAVEL HOLDINGS, I managed and prioritized Agile backlogs across customer-facing, agent-facing, and enterprise platforms, translating business and user needs into product priorities and release plans.
I helped lead product delivery for a migration from a retiring platform to a new Supplier Gateway connected to modern supplier APIs. I coordinated requirements, mappings, regression coverage, cutover planning, validation, and production readiness.
I also coordinated four direct cruise-line API connections, working through authentication, message requirements, data mapping, partner certification, testing, and production launch. I used SQL and API/XML analysis to investigate defects, validate data flows, and support UAT.
Earlier at WORLD TRAVEL HOLDINGS, I defined requirements for the company’s first redemption capability across consumer web and travel-agent experiences. At EKTRON and PINPOINT GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS, I supported web application projects and managed enterprise software initiatives for financial-services clients.
