What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead digital product roadmaps that connect engineering, commercial teams and users, with scope to improve operational processes, scale self-service platforms and deliver measurable growth.

At Holland & Barrett, I own the Vendor Portal roadmap and redesigned branded supplier onboarding, cutting lead times from 100 working days to under 40. I’ve launched self-service tools, real-time onboarding reporting and supplier support workflows that remove operational friction and strengthen adoption.

Previously, I led Magento portal migration and growth at Independent Buying Consortium, then managed the lifecycle, UX and optimisation of BPF and BOX15’s B2B/B2C platforms, contributing to a 113% increase in turnover and 68% transaction growth. I bridge engineering roadmaps, supplier needs and customer-facing messaging, and I also build AI-powered automation workflows using n8n and Make.com.
