@claireatkinson
I build accessible SaaS products that improve learner outcomes and growth.
What I'm looking for
At Genio, I lead product strategy and roadmaps for accessible learning tools used across US and UK higher education. I’ve helped scale the company from 100 to over 1,000 customers and from 300,000 to over one million learners.
I built and lead a team of Senior Product Managers, connecting product vision, commercial goals, user needs, and regulated-environment requirements. My OKR strategy contributed to 2% year-on-year student activation growth, 12% improved licence retention, and an 8% uplift in renewal value.
I led the enterprise-wide adoption of AI features for neurodivergent learners across 1,000+ institutions, and took Genio Present from discovery through launch, selling 800 institution-wide licences in its first six months. Previously at Cap HPI, I owned valuation-product roadmaps that delivered 10% year-on-year revenue growth and a fleet tool with £1m+ projected revenue.
My background also includes 0-to-1 logistics and e-commerce delivery at Asda and clinical workflow systems at TPP. I enjoy turning research into clear priorities, aligning technical and non-technical teams, and creating simple experiences that help people do their best work.
