I'm a dedicated student and professional in the Information Technology field, currently working as a Support Technician for the Marista PUC PR group. My goal is to specialize in data, leveraging programming and engineering to deliver effective technological solutions. I am passionate about utilizing my skills to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

In my current role, I provide support for internal software, hardware repairs, and assist with machine configurations, primarily aiding university professors with systems and equipment. I ensure smooth operations and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), minimizing disruptions to classroom activities. My previous experience as a Junior IT Analyst involved supporting both internal and external systems, managing incidents, and implementing system improvements, which honed my problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
