I'm seeking a Technical Support, Service Desk Analyst, or Customer Support Associate opportunity where I can resolve user issues, strengthen my IT service desk skills, and provide helpful customer-focused support.

I'm an MCA graduate focused on resolving hardware, software, Windows, VPN, and user-access issues through responsive technical support.

I bring knowledge of IT service desk operations, incident management, ticketing systems, remote desktop support, and basic ServiceNow workflows. I can troubleshoot Windows 10/11 environments, support VPN connectivity, and work with basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
