What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can combine IT support, office administration, and customer service—handling phones, email, and CRM tools while maintaining confidential, high-accuracy data. I’m looking to streamline workflows and support systems that improve day-to-day operations.

I’m an IT graduate and former hospital intern who supports day-to-day operations through strong office administration and customer service. In my Medical Mission Group Hospital internship, I handled multi-line phone systems and email correspondence to ensure timely, accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders, while streamlining workflow for better throughput.

I’m especially proud of my data accuracy and process discipline—managing scheduling and filing for a department of 8 staff and processing 200+ documents weekly. I also maintained patient databases by entering 50–100 records per day and implementing verification checks to achieve 99% data accuracy, all while prioritizing confidentiality in a fast-paced environment; I’ve also built and supported hospital-focused tools like a PHP/MySQL Visitor Management application and a multi-department queueing system.
