What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a growth-oriented role where I can apply my administrative support and data-entry strengths—keeping records accurate, responding to inquiries professionally, and learning from experienced teams while contributing to organizational goals.

I interned as a Student Administrative Assistant, supporting students and faculty by answering inquiries through online messaging platforms, email, and social media channels. I provided accurate information on schedules, school policies, enrollment procedures, and academic requirements, and I resolved concerns by identifying issues and directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.

I also maintained organized records of inquiries, requests, and completed transactions using spreadsheets and digital tools. I managed multiple inquiries simultaneously while staying professional, collaborating with faculty and administrative staff to ensure efficient handling of requests, and applying strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills across day-to-day office tasks.
