I want a Customer Service or Virtual Assistant role where I can use my communication and organizational skills to support daily operations, help customers, manage calendars and communications, and keep building my career.

I’m a customer-focused Personal Assistant and Customer Service professional, eager to work in a Customer Service or Virtual Assistant role. For a co-founder in a remote setup, I managed calendars, scheduled meetings, coordinated communication between clients and the team, and drafted emails, reports, and memos. I also supported business operations with budgeting and expense tracking while keeping digital tools and work records organized.

In prior roles, I supported customers by answering questions, assisting with onboarding and record keeping, promoting Zoom services, and resolving issues with clear, professional communication. As a Receptionist & Sales Personnel, I managed daily shop operations, handled cash and records, supported data entry and accounting tasks, managed social media, made cold calls, and kept inventory and sales information organized.
