What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead operations where systems, automation, and real relationships matter—owning end-to-end execution across inventory, finance, logistics, and production. I want a team that values accountability, process design, and continuous improvement.

I’m an operations leader with over ten years of experience building and running the systems businesses depend on across e-commerce, DTC, and manufacturing. I co-founded and scaled consumer brands from the ground up, owning operations end to end—from financial administration and inventory to logistics and the workflows that hold it all together.

I build automations and AI-assisted processes that let small teams operate like larger ones. I’m equally strong with people and systems, and I bring a relationship-driven approach to clients, suppliers, and teams so day-to-day execution stays aligned and accountable.

Most recently, I’ve been co-founding Wiser Health and operating the full operational backbone from the ground up. I manage systems including an Airtable CRM and operations setup, financial administration through Xero, inventory planning and supplier management, and recurring task workflows—while leading B2B outreach to retail partners.

Before that, I led operations across three manufacturing facilities at NutraLab, optimizing production efficiency and delivery performance. I implemented SOPs for scalability, administered Craftybase and Monday.com for planning and tracking, and drove accountability to consistently meet and exceed production and service KPIs.
