I’m a Data Product Manager who builds data systems that actually get used. I’ve owned the full product lifecycle for data platforms—from defining requirements with engineering and BI teams to shipping governance frameworks across 9 markets.

I operate at the intersection of analytical rigour and commercial strategy, turning messy data problems into clean, adopted solutions. In my current commercial analytics role, I’ve built research products for international clients and driven decisions to stay data-first.

Most notably, I shipped a real-time transaction monitoring product from zero, deploying automated anomaly detection that safeguards KES 20M+ in monthly revenue with “zero false negatives since launch.” I also designed and shipped 50 data collection frameworks in KoboToolbox with schema-level validation logic, achieving “100% source integrity” across commercial research pipelines.

Previously, I conceived and shipped the organisation’s first Data Governance product across 9 African markets—defining data standards, accountability structures, and quality SLAs enforced at group level. I led a 15-person cross-functional Agile squad and cut the delivery cycle from 30 to 15 days by redesigning the Data Engineering-to-BI handoff.
