What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an agile, data-driven role where I can own products end-to-end—turning analytics into clear requirements, measurable KPIs, and continuous improvements—while partnering closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure reliable outcomes.

I’m an analytical, results-oriented Product Owner with a strong data analytics and business analysis background in the financial services sector. I bridge business goals and technical execution by leveraging data insights to drive strategic decisions and measurable KPIs.

In my current role at Kenya Airways (KQ), I define product vision and roadmap, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and translate strategy into actionable product goals. I work closely with stakeholders and end-users to refine requirements, run agile ceremonies, validate delivery against acceptance criteria, and track performance using analytics and customer insights.

Previously at I&M Bank Kenya, I designed dashboards in Power BI and Tableau and built automated reporting to improve visibility into SLAs, availability, and performance metrics. Before that, at Airtel Kenya and earlier as a Full Stack Developer, I led fraud monitoring and risk assessment using SAS/SQL, built reports for decision-making, and developed web applications with AngularJS, Node.js, and Django—strengthening my ability to deliver practical solutions across teams.
